Soufflé Pancakes

Originally inspired by the French dessert soufflé, our pancakes were developed in Japan and brought to the UK, where their fluffy texture quickly won hearts. Each pancake is made by whisking egg whites and cooking them in our specially designed pancake machines, served with a choice of sweet or savoury toppings.
